Jack Grady is a war veteran and a founder member of the Irish-based Ox Mountain Poets. His poetry has appeared online or in print in many literary journals and anthologies, including such publications as Crannóg; Live Encounters; Pratik: A Magazine of Contemporary Writing; The Ekphrastic Review; The Galway Review; And Agamemnon Dead: An Anthology of Early Twenty-First Century Irish Poetry; North West Words; The Worcester Review; Poet Lore; A New Ulster; Mauvaise Graine; Algebra of Owls; The Irish Literary Times; Skylight 47; Dodging the Rain; Poesia a Sul 1; 300K: Une anthologie de poésie sur l’espèce humaine; Mediterranean Poetry; Outburst Magazine; Universal Oneness: An Anthology of Magnum Opus Poems from around the World; and others. He has read at international poetry events, including the Festival International Poésie Marrakech, in Morocco; Poesia a Sul in Olhão, Portugal; and in Seville, Spain, at an event honouring Spanish poet Emilio Durán. His poetry collection, Resurrection, published in 2017 by Lapwing Publications in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, was nominated for the T.S.
