Mary has four collections of poetry published her last Say it Like a Paragraph with Bradshaw Books, Cork (2012). Her work has been widely published including Poetry Ireland Review, The Stinging Fly, The Shop, The Moth, Cyphers, Studies, The Sunday Times, Skylight 47, Crannog, Boyne Berries, The Stony Thursday Book, The Oxfam Calendar amongst others. In 2013 she won The Longford Festival Award for Poetry and in 2015 was shortlisted for the Cuirt New Writing Award. She has edited several anthologies of children’s poetry and is a member of the Writers in Schools Scheme with Poetry Ireland.
